How in the hell can you do this any of you work out and are dairy free an can tell me of some high calorie food that's dairy free besides peanut butter lol.

You can easily do it, there is protein powders that are made from soybeans. As far as high caloric value of a food in smaller portions which is what I assume you're taking about when referring to peanut butter, avocado. Tremendously nutrient rich and dense food. I have been on a cutting program for a couple weeks and I do not include any dairy in my diet. Chicken, rice, fish, sweet potatoe, vegetables, and occasional steaks. Hope the helps.

Beans, eggs, almonds, fish.
Tons of options dude. In fact I don't even rely on dairy for much of my protein intake.
