I'm going on one tomorrow, this is my third one, I love them so much. I go with my dad who is a police officer in Toms River, NJ. I plan on being a police officer when I grow up! Gimme your license plate so I can see if you have any warrants!😆😆

I did work experience with the local cops. Me and my mate even got to go to an armed hold up alarm. Fortunately it was a false alarm but it was cool driving 100+kph down the wrong side of the highway....

Great town. Remember to think about it not only as fun but as a career. Lots of boring shifts. But a great job nonetheless. The 5 minute adrenaline charged call clearly makes up for the boredom.

I went on a "forced" ride along in college. They let me sit in the back and even buckled my seatbelt for me. At the end of the ride they took my picture.....
