Anyone live in Tampa/ st Pete's area?
Forums › General Discussion › Anyone live in Tampa/ st Pete's area?-
Thinking of relocating down to Florida. I spent a week in st Pete's last November getting my sailing certifications and really enjoyed the town. Does anyone have a "townie's" take on the city? Nightlife, neighborhoods, quality of living, etc. Any feedback, as always, is appreciated.

It's truely a beautiful area. Their circles are all uniform & fairly consistent in size. I'm particularly proud of the great diversity of colors commingling in all areas of the region. I regards to education, it's a great place to cut your teeth & learn the in's & outs of the game.
Hope this helps

I visited the area last April and I really liked it. Good places, food, people, and great weather. I'm sure you will love it there.

Lived in St. Pete in 2003. Nice place, if you like living in Massa-Mich-New York in the south.

I was under the impression it gets extremely humid there in the summer. Is that true?

I live about 2 hours south of there. It's truly a great place! But during the summer it sorta stinks for boating cause it rains 4/7 days of the week. Winter is amazing! And don't become a bucs fan! You'll just become depressed every sunday😂😂😂
