Question about Tourette's

My sister has Tourette's so I'm a little familiar with it but her symptoms are limited to a few grunts here and there that she can't contain. But what about the "south park version"? Random outbursts of ridiculously vulgar phrases. Does this type of Tourette's apply to speaking only or is it also when typing? Cause if so I think there's a guy in the invite code forum who has this. Anyone seen what I'm talking about?

There's an inmate at work with severe Tourette's. He shouts obscenities all the time.

I have also. I have developed a resistance against it. I used to have to clear my throat (some violently, some not) 1-5 times a minute. I do it much less now.

My good freind with Tourette's whips his head back every time someone walks in a room and once every minute while they are there, when they leave, it slows to one every five minutes.
