  67 games in my steam account. But most played are Payday 2 (beta), Arma 3, Payday, and Borderlands 2.

  That all depends on what you have now and what you are doing with it. All it might need is a good hard drive defrag (and maybe a little cleaning to free up space) and fixing your registery or you might need more/faster ram or an upgrade to your gpu/cpu (if that is possible).
