Louisville is a mess with all these inactive players clustered all around. Any noob with enough mob could come along and capture a bunch of em but that would do em only a Lil good. And knowing a player is inactive means they can be hit up for cash from time to time. I'll post a list of inactive players in a bit. Suggestions? (?¿?) Add : BRIZZLEZ

Have family there. "bigger" city close by is williamstown. Benn farming there since 1800s

If all the active players that can create 84 inf turfs in the area sprinkle a few turf at or around the masses, eventually we'll have what Columbus, Lexington, & Ashland have. High income turfs all around. Plus if we grow these masses, some of em will connect. Add : slacker
