1. The new company shrunk the box. Smaller Twinkies.
2. They changed the recipe, adding more preservatives so that they can.....
3. No longer are they baked fresh and delivered from bakeries by vendors. Now they are shipped straight to grocery stores. In some stores they're kept frozen before they're put on shelves.Go try a Little Debbie cloud cake. They are still baked fresh and delivered by vendors. They taste excellent and they're 2 ounces heavier than the new smaller Twinkies. You won't be disappointed.
