  Technically, we have a bunch of oligopolies. Which is nearly as bad. When things go so unchecked that it stifles competition. Monsanto, behaves in an anti-trust and monopolistic way. Which they are sued for constantly. I believe there's a lawsuit now against them that include 5 million farmers in brazil. Monsanto has been reportedly taxing the farmers to financial shambles with ridiculous royalty charges. You either get locked into that company or you get shut out of the industry. Monsanto is an evil evil company. They are said to be responsible for one farmer suicide every 30 min.

  We don't enforce anti-trust and haven't since the Reagan Administration. So, all they ever do is pay the fines and keep on keeping on. A slap on the wrist. Similar to the massive fines Microsoft has paid over the past ten years. We don't hold corporations accountable in the same fashion as individuals.

  You'd have to be willing to do some research on your own to understand you are simply using really basic surface facts.
