So me and my girl friend were dating for around 10 months and she ended it with me for no reason and its getting to me pretty badly. What's that beat way to deal with it. I'm 16 so hooking up with other women ain't really an option for me

I think the first time is the worst for most people. Keep your self distracted. Have fun with your friends. Only time will make you feel better. If that doesn't work . Go rob a bank , that always made me feel better.

Stay away from her to allow yourself to heal. I have a 1 year no contact rule after break ups. And go have fun, meet new people, stay active and out there. People who are active are more attractive to than the couch potatoes...

And before anyone slams me by active I mean doing activities be it gym, BBQ's camping, movies not being a health nut (although female health nuts do look good in lingerie)....

When I was your age, I fell "in love" for the first time. It was very serious to me and when we broke up I was beyond depressed. I had really believed me and this guy were going to beat the odds and end up married and shit. For months after we broke up, I would periodically get sad about it.
Now, about ten years later, it's not just funny but surreal to me that I felt that way. This guy doesn't even register in my head and the only time I think his name is if I run into him... And then it's to think: Wow, ____ did NOT age well.
My point is, like others have said, you're young. In terms of getting over it, don't try to force it. Don't mope and it will pass on its own :) Good luck.
