  And we want everybody to have fun playing the game. We want new players to have a chance to make it without feeling like they are being run over. We want bigger bigger players to stay interested. Battling is good for the game. Taking it too far is not. We don't want to see people wiped out or being forced to reset. We want to see every area with max income.

  But if a player or group of players come in and play with a style detrimental to growth and prosperity, they will be dealt with accordingly.

  On a personal level, I think the war in Vegas got a little too carried away in some aspects. Players who wanted no part of it, or even had no idea what was going on, were hurt in the process. We want to avoid those types of incidents.

  This is why we are establishing. We want to protect our areas and our interests.

  We wish to remain regional, as we believe that is how the game was intended with it's gps aspect. We do not want to overstep our boundaries.

  Desert Rain is really an alliance of smaller alliance. We foresee each state the we set up in with their own leader, running their state. Desert Rain as an alliance, will be comprised of the State leaders covering the larger area and providing support to member states as needed.

  This is not your typical alliance. We have seen different types of alliances in this game, and we believe we have a model that works. Time will tell, and we encourage other areas to try this as well.

  Growth and prosperity. it's what everyone wants.
