There are two ways you can get your file. Your first option is to get it straight from the source. For the NSA file, you can go to the FOIA request form. Or for the FBI, you can go to their official request form as well. Or perhaps you don’t feel comfortable going through that process and would rather use another party, in which case you can utilize the website Get My FBI File. This website provides the forms for most agencies, CIA, DIA, FBI, NSA, etc.
Option 2: Mail, fax, or e-mail your submission to:
Federal Bureau of Investigation
Attn: FOI/PA Request
Record/Information Dissemination Section
170 Marcel Drive
Winchester, VA 22602-4843
Fax: (540) 868-4391/4997
E-mail: foiparequest@ic.fbi.gov -
Big brother is watching. See if you can coax him to hand over what he's got on you.
Enjoy.

eitherway you are correct. use at own peril. but im sure if anyone has googled certain keywords, they are already flagged on some list. i mean this didnt just start yesterday. we've all been watched for a long while now.

I like watching & being watched. Sometimes on rare occasions I even pay someone to watch me.

Yeah there's been times that I couldn't log on to my computer cause it said sorry to inconvenience you but the Federal Burrough of Investigation is examining the contents of this personal computer. Try again in a few hours.

It's ok, already on FBI/Homeland Security list for signing petitions demanding release of Leonard Peltier... among a variety of other things.

here is a site of scanned FBI pamphlets explaining what they consider, "potentially terroristic" activities.
http://shadesofthomaspaine.blogexec.com/index.php/entry/complete-post-of-fbi-terrorist-watchlist-pamphlets
my favorite is the "how to identify a sleeper" brochure. apparently its suspicious to study something which could help plan a totally unspecified, "operation".
so dont study
-engineering
-chemistry
-biology
-mathematics
-history
-architecture
-foreign languages
-sociology
-psychology...
etc etc.
hell they wont let us breath eventually. -

oh i also went to hawaii and orlando awhile back. the hulk ride was fun.

how about yourself?

While I disagree, the point wasn't Peltier. It was the fact that you could've signed something ~ a decade ago (my case) and still be flagged.i second ojibwe's comment. i dont get why people are so off regarding that guy.
As for the sleeper brochure, seems that me going down to the middle eastern corner store - where mostly the neighborhood girls hang - is tantamount to an "operation." Who knew feta cheese could Guantanamize me.

i respect your view about Peltier and unfortunetely i think you are right about being on the list for something like that. AIM was considered a terrorist org by some, and the DoD has been at this a long time.GreenManXphile wrote:

I signed up for the army, and they turned me down because I'm engaged and therefore 'too high risk'. So screw the army, I'll go back on the fishing boats and make more money that way.In all, fairly uneventful life since we last spoke lol

Ya, they're weird like that. I lost a bunch of family photos and asked them for the backup tapes. The acted like they didn't have them. Later they started posting our pictures on milk cartons."I lost all my hard drive data and the NSA won't give their back up"😡😡
We aren't even missing yet!

Wasn't their a 'leaker' on the news?

They should have a file on me but they dont:
Im from europe.
I downloaded all the files i ever needed to be a pain in the ass when shit hits the fan way back in the days when "internet" as we know it today didnt even exsist...
Damn, sometimes i Miss those bbs days, downloading files of a whopping 700kb on a 9.6kb modem...
Haha, my dad used to be so pissed when hè wanted to use the phone, only to hear them beep sounds whilst i was downloading the jolly Roger anarchists cookbook ...
(Just looked that one up, and im surprised that the very first hit i clicked looks exactly like back in the days.... Muhahahahah)
Oh btw, most of the data found in there is outdated as hell, and most importantly:
I DO NOT IN ANY WAY, SHAPE OR FORM,
CONDONE USAGE OF THESE FILES TO HARM PEOPLE!!!Oh crap, i just realised, that by googeling it, they will have a file on me now....
Frrraaaaaccccckkkkk iiiiitttttttt!!!!!

Ahhh....the good ol' days of "internet" surfing....that thing took FOREVER to download by today's standards.
On another note, after 9/11 here in the US, the FBI and other agencies flagged all the schools for flight training as possible breeding grounds for "operations." My school had a few foreign-born students so it was fun while we had to sit through their so-called interviews. I should look into getting my file. It would be fun to see what the FBI thought I was up to 12 yrs ago....
