A prank I am convinced never happened

Hi guys,
My uncle is saying that he has been pulling a prank lately, and in this prank he puts a sticky note that says, "I am sorry for the damage to your car, and I don't have any insurance, sorry" on a nice, expensive car in Walmart parking lots. Then he waits for the owners of the car to come to the car, and then they read the sticky note, and then begin to closely inspect the car. While this is funny, and really mean, I just don't think he did it. What I am asking is that if you guys have heard this in books, movies or TV shows, if you could post where you heard it that would be great. Thanks. -
Someone once thought that I placed bombs under their car when they saw me stop next to it I was really picking up some nails that I didn't think they should run over... That'll teach me to try and help someone...

Why would he lie about this? I think you're paranoid.

If you dont believe it, then what do you believe in?
Backstaffers?
Orange dotted bycicles?

He's only got half the prank done... Where's the look of damage?? One of those cracked window stickers or a bullet hole sticker on the door, that'd be hilarious 😉
Tell him that for me would ya?

That's a cool uncle! Lol, mine filled his swim trunks with dishwasher detergent then cannonballs into a pool in South Carolina. It was awesome!

That's nearly as good as putting bubble bath in a city fountain.

I'd say they're on a par. But that's just my opinion.qweeter1997 wrote:
