One of the big things for the NHS is making sure staff are trained to a certain standard to ensure patient safety.

Over the past 5 years I've developed reporting systems to monitor what is actually happening.

This year I added a function to enable any member of our staff (around 10,000) to look themselves up to see what they've done and more importantly what they need to do.

Since I started compliance in these training areas has increased significantly, reducing the risks to our patients.
