Up or down when finished? I'm trying to wrap my mind around why these savages leave the seat up.

Strictly DOWN!!!

And the only reason I have it down, is that when you flush the toilet it creates a vacuum that chucks lots of germs back out of the toilet and on to anything with 8 feet of the flushing toilet - I don't want my 💩 or anyone else's 💩 coming back out at me 😳😷😷😷

ive never tried but if you put food coloring in the tank and lay paper towels around the br and flush you will see it everywhere. supposedly.

I've always left it up until one night when I got drunk. I stumbled into the bathroom at 5:30 am after a long binge and plopped down on the rim. I fell in the toilet and woke everybody in the house up with my loud cursing.

I am continually telling my woman off for leaving the toilet seat down. It's even more annoying that finding cling wrap spread over the bowl.

Lol. Seriously though, leaving the seat down is simply a sign of respect, just like removing your hat before entering the house. Gentlemanliness is not dead, just unfortunately rare.

In some cultures they don't have sitting toilets, only crouching over a hole. When they see a western toilet they don't know how to use it so they stand on the seat and crouch down.

As an aside apparently it is much better for a man's prostate to crouch as cultures with a crouching toilet have much lower rates of prostate cancer. Well I read that somewhere but I could just be full of 💩

When I was a kid we left the seat behind the stove so it would be nice and warm when we took it to the outhouse. I don't miss going outside to shit but I kinda miss that warm toilet seat.

I always pee sitting, what's better than sitting, relaxing not really having to aim, but just daydreaming while taking a leak! It's nice to pee out in the open air in the wild but at home, I sit so toilet seat down for me.
