My dog has it made!

I'm watching her chew on her new bone i just gave her. And she is tearing it up, she doesnt have a worry in the world. She goes outside when she wants to, she gets treats and gets attention constantly. Who else has a dog that is spoiled?

Our dogs definitely do. Our pit thinks it is cruel and unusual punishment if he doesn't get to lay down on a couch or a bed. He's above sleeping on the floor. As I look across the room now he is sleeping on the couch with our St. Bernard and our other dog is sleeping on our gigantic bean bag

I shoot something and my dog finds it and brings it back to me. Other than that he has it pretty good.

My dog has his own loveseat. He also knows he's getting a can of dog food every day at 5 pm. He's 14 years old and spoiled rotten.

Ok I have you beat. The wife gives the dogs filtered water from the fridge"because they like it better". You know dogs will drink from any container. Ours lay where they can see the food bowls before they get fed. Heaven forbid they miss a meal. 😳😳

My dog has to be on the couch but that isn't soft enough she has to sit on the pillows. When she is on the bed she has to be under the blankets with the rest of us or she will sit on your head. Our spare room bed she thinks is hers so heaven forbid we have company over to sleep there. We had an old roommate who always sat on the recliner and she would fight him for it that's her seat. She is ridiculously spoiled, I could keep going.

Dogs like to be on beds, couches, etc because it gives them a higher status. Think of the alpha wolf that takes his place on the highest rock. Your dog is trying to be the alpha, he/she is not going for comfort.
Sorry to be a downer, but letting dogs do these things has led us to some serious issues that I would hate to see others go through. -
My dog won't eat regular dog food, but he will eat regular dog food that is mixed with meat. He has a mansion dog house that can fit up to five adult big dogs in it, and he has it to himself. It's also full carpeted with a bed and blanket. He has multiple toys to choose and bones to chew for days. Pretty good life for a dog.

I don't give my dog anything special, but I just spend time with my dog and take her running/swimming and she's almost like a kid to me.

My cat here is spoiled, but back in Russia, cats were well dicsiplined and were brought to a house for catching mice

My dog is half Australian and half German shepherd and she has plenty of bones, gets too many treats, goes outside when she wants and has her own bed.
