I need to, yes. I made the dumb decision to smoke while having asthma. Now, I have to bring my rescue inhaler and use it constantly.

Ok I did it cuz I needed to. Day by day, or hour by hour, they all add up the same 17 years ago. Cold turkey. I'm just gonna say do it . No crutches no excuses.make a start .
