Just finished the book as I couldn't wait for the movie. Now I am worried the movie won't do the book justice.

I'm disappointed the movie has the zombies as extreme sprinters. I'm afraid that if they change something so obvious as this that alot of things will be changed.

I'm going to watch the movie as if it's another movie and not based on world war z so I can enjoy it.

To answer the original question, yes, the book is DEFINETLY worth reading.
