I'm going to make goetta tonight for dinner, but I'm looking for a new concoction. What dishes do you make with goetta?

It's kinda like sausage. But with steel-cut oats. It's almost exclusively a Cincinnati, Northern KY thing. 98% of goetta made is purchased and consumed in this area. Google it. And if you ever come across any, I recommend you try it. Superb stuff 👍
