Since the BBQing time of the year is coming up, and I cook a lot of chicken and steaks, what are the best dry rubs for each. Also include best ways to prepare/ apply.
 Thanks

For chicken, straight bacon salt. Epic Meal Time have their own which is fantastic.

Not to be a negative nancy 👵 buuuuuuuuuut... Dry rubs just lead to dry meat begging to be rescued by some "secret recipe sauce". Bleck! 😖 Why not use a marinade? Even the most novice backyard dad can make protein glorious with a well balanced marinade of his choosing. Far easier cooking process that is forgiving on your mistakes. And as far as meat "juiciness" goes... It just makes sense. 👍

No rub on steaks, steaks or too good sea salt and crack pepper don't wanna lose the flavor of the steak

Stick a beer up a chickens butt and put it on the grill (indirect heat). Rub with whatever you want and it comes out juicy.

Dry rubs done right are fantastic, marinades done wrong suck so its not so much which way you go it's who's doing it.
