Not again

A month or two ago when I decides to sync my iPod because it had been a while since last time so I plugged it in hit sync and when it was done I turned on my iPod and half my apps were gone even paid ones so today I was showing my friend how to update his iPod and I forgot Im not supposed to sync it but I'm dumb that way so after I showed him and he left once again half my apps were gone and so was my jailbreak which I can't download agin because of my version😱😠🙎👿😭
