What's the way to beat someone who can hit u with 3 accounts at one time

Nick covered this already.
It's not cheating. They own multiple devices so they are allowed to do that. They aren't allowed to use the extra accounts as mule accounts. (capping the extra turf instead of buying points...) -

Feedback doesn't do shit!!! The devs don't give a single flying f*** about multiple account users. I've reported them via feedback and private message and haven't got one f'n response back. So for those who plan on reporting multiple account users it's a wate of time.

Oh a good way to stop him hitting you is find his first turf, or wherever it says home. Go there throw bricks through the windows, (make sure you have a gun) shoot the door off go in smash the place up and leave a note asking him nicely to stop. I assure you the attacks will stop.
