Yeah but it don't work for 4.1 only 4.0.1 and 3.1.2

Hint stop upgrading your iPhone or Itouch. Never upgrade it insure u can jailbreak it......

I know but it was on 4.0.2 and there was no jailbreak and redsnow have got a 4.1 jailbreak which I would have done today but I couldn't find the ipsw file

Technically you can jailbreak your device for the purpose of unlocking. Installing an unpaid app available in the app store moves you in to piracy infringement.
