There is a place on a child that is naturally suited for disapline, it is padded and houses their pride. The butt of a 4-5 year old. You use it and they will respect the rules set in place.

In a way i envy you. I nearly got expelled once for telling this really annoying kid i felt like killing him. Of course, i didnt at all mean it, but the parentswent to the school saying they felt "threatened" so i got suspended for 10 days... In america, the schools either dont diciplin their students, or they expel you for these small things. Seriously...

That is ridiculous, a boy hitting a girl. Parenting, or lack there of, is definitely a big factor. Tv and radio play a huge part in kids lives as well. Im sure there is more too it, but in my opinion the crap on tv plays a huge part as well as poor parenting. We dont have cable in my house and im sure my kid is probably the only one in her class or maybe even her school who doesnt watch tv, but I notice the difference with my kid vs the others in her class. Complete opposite. In the long run, she will be better off. Either way, good luck too ya babyyy 👍

After reading all of this thread I have two thoughts. One, I agree with the guy who said that she should kick him in the nuts. Again and again until he stops. This kid is a piece of trash. Maybe he gets it from bad parenting, but by that age you should know right from wrong. You should never hit a girl, period.
Secondly, I love the post about getting kids in martial arts and how you're taught to avoid fights at all costs. I don't have children yet but when I do I'm going to try to get them involved in that stuff. You just made a believer out of me.

We recently had a kindergartner attack another group of students with a pair of scissors. I have had to physically restrain him several times and even had to carry him to the office once. I have also had to chase him on foot when he decided to leave the school.
His punishment, work in the office for 2 days. That was it. Parents wouldn't take him, daycare said, "Hell no we don't want him!" and so we were stuck with him.
The kids are getting away with so much stuff because the consequences aren't that bad. They don't feel the weight of the poor choices that they make. It's getting pretty bad (always been bad).

I'm just hoping there will be no more issues. 1 day suspension is a load of crap. But I'm sure his parents are now aware of theirs sons behavior. Whether that means anything to them, who knows. But my daughter is a strong girl she's an honor roll student and landed her audition in the school play. She's keeping her head up.

Holy cow baby. I would whoop my sons ass if he ever touch a girl especially punching her in her face. I had that issue with my stepdaughter. She got punched by an older boy on the bus and knocked her unconscious. School expelled, boy charged with felony. Bus driver did nothing. I feel for u. U can always go to your school board member and voice ur concerns. Some schools just dont handle things right.

I'm 17 and in high school, and I swear to god that if I see a guy hit a girl I will beat him senseless. That's just wrong, I don't care what the situation is. And yes, school administration is shit. My little bro was getting bullied by these assholes, and then HE was the one who got in trouble when he defended himself and hit them back. It took every ounce of my willpower to not put my hands on those kids and give the principals a good "fuck you".
