For the record the new stuff is better (heavier) than that. Sounds good if you listen to it without any biased thoughts beforehand.

This band was frikking amazing because everything from guitars to drums is very technical and difficulty to master. (trust me ive tryed but gave UP in THE end)
One of my favorites by death is secret face. Youll know what i mean by technical difficulty if you listen to this song.

If you're into that genre of metal, may I suggest the Quebec band called quo vadis? Or perhaps some Ebony tears? Some At the Gates always gets me going for a solid workout. And some of the music from Gates of Ishtar will blow your frickin mind. If you're more into the melancholy, I'd recommend Acid Bath, specifically Scream of the Butterfly, Venus Blue, and Dead Girl.

Ebony Tears... Used to listen to it a lot. Gonna do that after this post 😄
