1. We would need a lot of nukes for the radiation to hit russia
2. China and russia would only retaliate if the US made the first move, which is why we havent already.

3. China has already refused to support nk, and i am sure russia china and maybe even japan know our plans already due to the fact we have moved ships there and done flyovers.

I like to think of NK as that one kid who always talks shit about how tough they are and how they will beat the shit out of anyone, and then eventually someone gets fed up with them and beats the shit out of them.
