I pay a lot of money to other turfs. How do I strenghten my own turf?

Increase the inf on ur turf. Or I would just suggest to move them.

As you level up, you can build more improvements, eventually bringing their influence up to 86 ( max influence without using loot upgrades).

Until then, either move your turf out from under larger turf (as they will be taxing you), or start running missions like a mad man to get levelled up.

Don't run the missions to level up unless you grow your mob even faster by punching codes. Otherwise others will just cap the turf off you.
