Was watching shaggly start blasting himself through Berlin and although he doesn't seem to need help (look just northeast of his trail into the city at it's southwest tip), I wonder if car bombs and cement shoes could be used to tactical advantage where one person works their way through enemy territory and just calls in tactical strikes (ie friends through out the world lay down essentially a CARpet BOMBing run ahead of him or her?) Seems like it would give the attacker a slight edge.

People can attack german turf from England and german players, so doesn't really apply. Less than a thousand miles Might in a uk v us battle though.

Was thinking more of cases where only one player was available in a region but needed help right away.

Yes car bombs and shoes both could be used to help tactically in strikes. I think shoes even more which is why I save them the most
