It says it's 104 inf. I clicked on it and it said 104/104 also.

yeah I posted a screen shot on turf wars facebook when I had two turfs get glitchy and blow up to 104 and 105.

but this was about a week ago that it happened. and a couple days before loot was released.

I don't think u can get it from a mission, I havnt been able to but I cap 100inf turfs and steal their bosses

It's just luck, but I would suggest that the higher level missions are more likely to yield one. No guarantees though.
