Xbox online is superior to playstation in social aspects, PS3 is superior in graphic capability (presets, etc). stop the argument and focus on PCs, the reason for the thread.

A pc game you might want to keep an eye on is Hawken. As of right now it's in open beta I think also it is free and for a few dollars you can get some good things on it. Also another game you might like is eve online though it has a monthly subscription cost though sadly.

If you already have civ, i agree that you should get the add ons if you don't already have them. Other than that, Maybe wait for the new gta, which I have high hopes for.

TF2 is free, get that, borderlands 2 is an amazing game, but wait, it will be on sale some time in the future. My advice is to wait and ever see if these games are on sale in the future.
DayZ is good, planet side 2 is good, they are all good choices. And I have like 3 copies of Doda, my steam is {Operation} Bear Rush
