Another little hint for the noobs. Gas day is the only time mr. shaggly razors does not object to receiving horse heads. So I recommend that use use them liberally and take advantage of the opportunity. Any other day will get you 22 straight hours of crying and foot stomping. Use em off you've got em.👍

Really... Is gas day different than any other day? Same cap rules apply, right? Only difference I see is... Any other day, turf attacking and capping are considered acts of war, but on Gas Day such acts are considered to be civil reminders of who really is the local boss. Right?

Just remember folks that there are a lot of pussies who play this game (TAZ for a start), who will use gas day as an excuse to cap you because they won't do it on any other day of the year.
If you have been a target of such behaviour do let people know so that idiots like this can be corrected.

Holy crap, has it really been 3 years? I still remember the first Gas Day, back when gasface himself still ruled New York with an iron fist, using his sub-1000 mob to strike terror into the hearts of the few dozen or so NYC players.
A lot has changed since then – the playerbase in New York (and around the world) has exploded, turf has covered the map in most major cities, and even the mob numbers have gone up a little...
Numbers are one thing, but it's the community that makes Turf Wars what it is today. Huge props to Johnny O for putting on what's become a TW tradition! 👍
