So it looks like the alert saved someone! How did they do that though?

They seen the traffic light was amber,
Knowing it was green a moment before, the light was about to turn red.
Being responsible drivers they slowed down and stopped at the red light.
Amazingly it turn amber & then green so they was able to get through again

The amber alert was shown on many phones and tablets to find someone that was kidnapped, and in the end the baby was found, it's on the news.
