A lot of agencies have moved away from 10/codes and into plain speech. So now bio breaks are "on foot" lol.

Yup - police radios are boring. Amazed some people would sit around and listen to a scanner.

We are stubborn here is the south, not that I care if we use them but it would be a bit more simple if we did move on.
