General Tao chicken and mushroom fried rice available (for delivery!) all the way across the US, no issue with feeding the Chinese invasion force! It would be very, very difficult for the Chinese to launch an overseas invasion of the United States. They'd have to transport a massive army over thousands upon thousands of miles of ocean, without being intercepted by either an American fleet or a fleet of one of America's allies, keeping the invasion force supplied as they cross the ocean, landing on the West Coast, and fighting their way across the country to Washington.

It's not "what Obama wants" it's the majority of the population who wants to be safe - to go to the mall, the movies, church, to send their children to school - from lunatics with high velocity weapons. We live in the US for crying out loud, not Afghanistan. Do we really want to live in a country that has to have armed guards on every street corner and in every public building to keep us safe? America is going to destroy itself from the inside out.In this country regardless of what Obama want we have the 2nd amendment in the U.S constitution that gives our citizens the right to bare arms. This is to protect ourselves from enemy's both foreign and domestic. Where I live there is nothing more dangerous than a redneck with a gun. There is no way way to take all of our weapons as we do not have to register . So let them come!!

Two-out-of-three Americans recognize that their constitutional right to own a gun was intended to ensure their freedom.
The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that 65% of American Adults think the purpose of the Second Amendment is to make sure that people are able to protect themselves from tyranny. Only 17% disagree, while another 18% are not sure.

AMENDMENT II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
-
DC v Heller established case law precedent that the right to keep and bear arms is a separate right from the right of states to have local militias.
Patrick Henry said it best: "Guard with jealous attention the public liberty. Suspect everyone who approaches that jewel. Unfortunately, nothing will preserve it but downright force. Whenever you give up that force, you are inevitably ruined."

Lol! Earth won't be the same in 100 years if we keep f*cking it up!

No, not now or any time soon. The American navy rules the ocean with an Iron fist. As long as we as Americans keep our navy like this the mainland can not be invaded. Because Unlike call of Duty would have you believe you can not take over A nation the size of America, with the powerful army of America, by air assault. Which is also worth noting the Air Force is the best and largest on Earth. For at least the next couple decades, the American homeland can not be invaded. And most Likly will not be able to be invaded for the coming centuries. It's been 200 years sense a foreign army came ashore, and we have never been more powerful than today. The homeland if secure.

Heh. Rome was considered undefeatable too, as were Greece and Babylon. Oh, and don't forget, a few flea-infested rats brought the great city of London to its knees without so much as trying ...

P.S. Hey e.g.., you're arrogant. Nobody likes arrogant people. It only takes one or two genius guys/ladies to come up with an attack more powerful than your defence.

Humble yourself and go far in life, my friend. It's a lesson I've learned the tough way.

Tomorrow when the war began is a spin off of red dawn but set with Asian countries banding together to invade Australia for resources not a bad re make with a spin

Just think of pearl harbour how did the most powerful fleet do then if they followed it up with land troops they might of got a hold on USA soil
-
There is a chance of America being invaded, from both the inside and out. Even though highly unlikely, it could happen. We have the most powerful military force in the world including one of the best intelligent agency's. if a countries were to attack we would know about it and intervine. Now if China were smart they wouldnt attack us because we are too economically intertwined. If they did do that it would go badly on the economy.

However, in your defence, I did use the word 'undefeatable' in my post. My point there was simply that those civilisations no longer exist - aka they were defeated.
I was simply trying to point out that they were all invaded despite expectations, and whether the one particular invasion that I mentioned was successful or not, it was nonetheless an invasion.
I'm not going to argue with you for the simple reason I am quite rusty on ancient history. My points are still valid, though perhaps a little obscure. Have I explained myself? It's midnight here now ... if you still disagree/don't understand, I might elaborate when I've had some sleep 😉✌

Their era's of superiority have ended, but their civilizations have not. Their empires may have shrunk, but they are not gone.

good luck invading a country when you have no idea who owns a firearm

Don't worry about being invaded, you guys got nothing of value lol. Worry about your paranoid neighbor next door with the AK conspiring how to kill you when "doomsday" arrives.

Well, I guess it's possible with all the new weapons and technology being invented these days. The most probable scenario will be America economical inferior to another country or if they want to invade then maybe an advanced emp bomb/missile to shut down intelligence and communications. Then using Blitzkrieg on important areas of the country (Washington D.C.) then dropping troops at stragetic locations at the same time.
