A man in L.A. (His name is christopher I believe) filed a report against a higher ranking officer because she kicked a recently caught criminal in the chest and face, but the report was ridiculed and they called him a liar. He wrote a extremely detailed 14-page essay showing who he wants dead and why, he has both Military and Police training and has already taken out 1 police officer, another one's daughter and her friend. Can't currently access the internet at this time so my information is a bit choppy.

I heard he's all burnt up about his treatment by the LAPD. Evidently they fired him. Lose a job from a big dept like that and it's career suicide. Start getting cabin fever, professionally speaking. He's a fucking crispy corpse.

If he has cellular network, then he has a browser and can access the Internet. It's called safari

Yes it was. It was very eloquently put together. I kinda sympathize with the guy, but I don't agree with him killing innocent people.
