This is MoMo using my bf's ac on computer. I have purchased 500 don points for loot (buying the 100 pt pack), I do believe the update is not as good as I expect. Players have been discussing the usefulness of refilling energy for mission; at the very beginning I believe we have to ask, what do you want to loot? Union Boss is by far the most funny loot I like; however, just like the AR-15, I dont believe it is something "good". Let's talk about the AR-15 first, yes it is good 30 atk 14 def with no upkeep, but I think as a are item the chance of getting it is low. (I get 5 for 5 100pt pack) For 500 points I can purchase 33 henchman. Of cos 1 is going to say, besides the AR-15 there are other loot, true but the question goes back to the original premises, do you need them?

Car Bomb is something funny but again, unless it can have something more than a slap to the face, it is not something we "need". Other guns and items are basically "useless", so AR-15 and Union Boss are the only things we look for. I got 3 Union bosses and 5 AR-15 for 500 points, but I can expand 15 turf limit or 33 henchman, which I am sure I can get. Undoubtedly, one might still say, it is stupid to purchase loot package, one should purchase energy refill. True, many people enjoy gambling and so do me, I have refilled my bf's energy for 5 times (240 energy), which is 20 pts and I dont get any AR-15 or Union bosses (maybe back luck or what). However, the point is simple, Loots are rubbish, if u are spending point, the things we have, hench and turf limit are better than wasting point for purchase. Of cos, the loot is making those who doesnt spend points happy, for in reward of doing mission we get something more than cash that most of us dont need.

So the loot items are bad because we can purchase better things by the don, how can Nick make things better? Personally I think the loot items must be something "outside" what we have. Using Imobster of storm 8 as an example, one loot item from mission is a God Father Pinky Ring that can not obtained in any other means, so besides the basic weapon a mob can use an "extra" weapon, the ring in fighting. And as I have always say, one of the flaws of TW is that it is too standardized, these extra loots is making things "different". I think this is one of the direction Nick can go with, but to the end, I dont oppose the update but I just think if you are spending point, hench and turf limits are more realistic.

I think you need to ask yourself what YOU need momo. And if there is one thing you don't need, it's more henchmen.

You just need to do some deeper thinking. This loot can accomplish some pretty fantastic things if used in the right way.

But then again, so can 5000 henchmen.

But the loot is free. It has it's place in this game. If you played with your brain instead of your wallet, you would see that.
