Help page says you can do objectives for loot.how do you do them?

I know but the help says do missions OR complete objectivrs.I'm pissed off coz I did a loot mission but busted so wait for energy recharge.

Objectives are mostly available to newer players (i.e. build your first turf etc), but there will be some more coming in the future...

Is there a difference in which mission objective you do? Do you receive a higher rated loot item for doing the higher mission objective, or is it totally random, no matter which one you do? cheers!
