It damages turf and knocks 4 upgrades down is what I have read

You knock the other players turf upgrades down permanently, it took it down from 84inf to about 4/34 when I tried one! 👍

So the turf will never able to be recover?

I dunno, I guess they can buy the upgrades again? I tried it on an inactive so I can't even ask them!
