Don't quite know yet. I got it from missions so it doesn't say the stats but the upkeep is zero

I thought it was a turf attack that knocks out turf upgrades so they have to be bought again.

So you have done missions, how many missions did you do?

Do you get notified when you have done a mission that you have got an item?

Because i have done several missions and did not notice any difference.

Try the ones with the blue message that loot item possible - burglary, bank safe and one other.

Yes the Don tells you you have unlocked loot. It's random possibility

I have just done loads of missions and yes you get notified - your heart sinks when you get knuckle dusters or chainsaws
