Haven't seen the boss, but in the market, under tools & loot is a new sub heading "unequipped turf upgrades".

thanks...just wanted to make sure it was not already there and I could not see it. It does not require ios 4 only by any chances? I am just asking because we are on ios 3 because of the grandfathered tethering option.

That's what I thought. Loot items are "items" and the upgrade was supposed to be a turf upgrade for 100 influence. Or so I thought. You probably have to be a certain level to unlock the upgrade. Anyone else see the new turf upgrade at all. Maybe a high level player?
No it's not a turf upgrade. It is a loot item. Nick said it someplace that it was a loot item.
Read the don msg about loot day it says a turf upgrade

It does say "chance of loot" in the missions that you do, I just did 6 missions and did NOT receive anything extra.. so as it says it is a "Chance" .. so good luck with that.

Ok I've run each "chance of loot" mission around 20 times each. I ended up with canoli bars, chainsaws and extra brass knuckles.

I have what looks like ammo but unsure what it does.

I have not received a car bomb (supposed mystery item?) that I know of yet.

I have not seen anything as to indicte "traveling"

I have not seen anything to do with union boss.

.....but its early days and im still searching for things.

It certain ly does NOT look like a Turf upgrade but a 'loot' upgrade
