The turf wars loot will let you get stuff when you do mission right? Butt.. There are mission for 44 and a mission for 2 energy, will you get better items for the 44 mission? Or is it totally random?

It depends on the mission - some missions get different kinds of loot and some have better chances than others. Part of the fun is figuring out which :)
