The 5 year old child kidnapped a week ago is safe after dykes was killed a few minutes ago

Sad that no one spares a thought about the kidnapper ... a decorated veteran. Good enough to fight for the US and can only assume fight well. It's good the kid is safe, but some comments are just too callous. Is it really good that he died?

The only good kidnapper is a dead kidnapper. He'd be a nice guy if he didn't kidnap but then he wouldn't be a kidnapper.

I do kind of wonder why he did this though was I mean he was obviously a completely deranged individual but if anyone has info on why he did it I think we would all like to know
