We just bottled our first Imperial Stout oak, bourbon and vanilla aged. We tried it when checked our gravity before we transferred from secondary fermenter to bottling it was pure delicious. Still needs to mature a bit. Only 10 weeks. Now a couple in bottle.

I have a small whisky cask in the house :-)

I have homebrew channel on my Wii 😜

Have been thinking of making beer or wine myself since we have both hop and lots of grapes in my garden.
Would be fun to try it.

I do beer and wine, friends tinker around in the brandy department, it doesn't really save you that much money but it is very rewarding having friends over and cracking open some of your own brew
