1. Original NES, i spent days playing because we couldn't save any games, burned through a few systems because I got tired of blowing into the cartridges so I just left them on while I was at school so it would be ready to resume when I got home lol. Those were the days

I remember when children used to go out and play and do kids stuff like climb trees. Now they are on the playstation glued to a tv screen with a earpiece in.

I remember when TW players had names, not underscored lines.

Kids still do that, but these days they're call louts, thugs and hoodlums for damaging the trees, ordered to pay damages, tagged and given curfews.I remember when children used to go out and play and do kids stuff like climb trees. Back 'in the day' nobody cared about the feelings of the tree, it was just little scamps climbing. 😄 Fewer public places allow kids to hang out these days. Anymore than a couple of them and its 'loitering with intent'
Back to the matter at hand...
I remember when everyone got pissed because Marathon changed to Snickers. I remember having an outdoor loo, a tin bath in the living room and getting death threats because my dad went back to work during the mining strikes in the early 80s
Happy days. 😄

How about experimental food, growing up my parents were never around and I can tell you I just about experimented with everything in the kitchen lol, kids are to damn lazy these days though, they just reach for those ready made meals you just throw in the microwave, this generation has no creativity whatsoever.

I remember getting our first microwave. And a VCR. We had ONE TV in the house and the screen was maybe 20 inch.
I remember taking the dog for a walk and being gone for hours without my mom having to worry about me.
I remember walking to and from school every day (up hill both ways).
I remember having one phone in our house, it was attached to the wall and you couldn't move more than 5 feet because of the cord. There was no call waiting or caller ID. -
