I have the day off. I hav errands to run, laundry to do, and some cleaning around the house. I have a chicken brining that I butterflied and partially deboned. (I like chicken cooked on the bone but I also wanted to make stock so I could make gravy and serve the chicken with bits and pieces of itself. I'm also making jmac + cheese w/extra bacon, collard greens, biscuits, and might throw together a corn pudding if I have the time. but jmac won't be home from work until close to midnight. it's 3:08 right meow.
