How many turfs can you cap from a single person untill you get the resistance on the turfs?

Idk. Before I reset I cap 25+ of some guys turf. It only said 2% resistance and it said I lost no cash to resistance.

Resistance is only when 30% or so of your total number of turfs r from one person.
