Do you think in the next 100 years world will change much
Forums › General Discussion › Do you think in the next 100 years world will change much-
Just wanted to see what you thought on how the world would be in a 100 years from now.
Our advancement in the past 100 years has been huge, do you think the next 100 years will be as huge or not?

Telporting from one location to another would be cool.
We might need a world order in place in the next 100 years
-
Yes. Change increases exponentially, so the 21st century will bring greater change than the 20th century, in all aspects of the human experience.

We gon' be dead

Probably, or there could be immortals alive today. A child born today can expect 80 years, so until 2093. A small advance in curing aging within that time frame might add 40 years, to 2133. Perhaps a complete cure for aging could be found by then.We gon' be dead

I think there will be flyin cars and crap like that

Ok?

Read Peter F Hamilton.... Cloning, wormholes, colonization of other planets. Immortality, nanotechnology incorporated into our bodies so we are living computers.... The possibilities are amazing.
Just think they flew to the moon on less computing power than used to power these iPhones. And that was 40 years ago, another 100 and so many possibilities.

Y'all should read Ringworld by Larry Niven it's a great book.

Our life will be controlled by the government, we would have to colonize other plantes because of the population increase, and then of course the better technologies.

Being that the world is so dependent on Oil, and we are on the downside of the 'hill' with the Oil supply, i dont see the Human Race advancing too far. Oil is in everything from Tooth Brushes to the inside of engines. Since Oil has been discovered the population of the Human Race has increased quite exponentially. The question that should be asked is what happens to the human race after Oil runs dry?

Huh? Where are you getting your info? Look at the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. So you think they ONLY underestimated that one time? No, I don't believe there will be a shortage of oil in the next 100 years.

Global warming will be a lot worse than it is now, hopefully we will adapt much cleaner energy, perhaps more wind & solar. We might even get a female, atheist, or openly gay president. who knows what the future will hold?

They've already started tests for a human brain in a robotic body, they've designed them for war

I am simply stating my thoughts. Not trying to argue about it. Just about everything we use in our daily routine consists of Oil. This is a known fact. We depend way too much on Oil. The same people who own shares in Oil companies own patents for clean energy.Ӈཪ༱عɗ☠ᏩᎧེ͜Ꭷེℵ wrote:

Change Is good. There is so many wrong things with the world that to not and attempt to change it is plain wrong. The players change, but the game stays the same.

We will probably have a HUGE war with North Korea. Defeating the NK would bring us one step further to world peace and democracy. 🇺🇸

Lolz I hope you're just trolling. Ever heard Einsteins quote about not being sure what weapons will be used in WWIII but the weapons of WWIV would be sticks and stones?
