What do u do with a bully that's hitting up noobs in the hood constantly-plus he used to bully me but not anymore how should I put a stop to this!
I sent him messages and no replies he doesn't care he is ruining the game-any advice?

Take his shit out. Make him reset. Attack him non-stop until he resets or compromises with you.
