So I left last spring, and now I'm back but not for long. Not that anyone knows who I was. Where is everyone? Where is mr71vwbus and OTB and raikou? It seems like the glory days of turf wars are gone...

Rai is banned from forums. So is OTB. He also kinda retired from TW.
That broken down German jalopy is around here somewhere though I'm sure.

It does seem like the glory days are gone :/ I thought this was turf wars not banned-from-the-forums wars

If the glory days are over due to something that happened in the forums, we have a different idea of turf wars and glory days lol😉

Exactly what I thought. The glory days of turf wars are players who made a name for themselves on the maps. Thuglife, BellaItaliana, Mama Tek, Nixon, Brown Note, Viper, Havoc, Randombloke, Prez ILL, Mystery, Putz, Evil Empire and his crew.
These are the people that battled it out. I liked some and didn't like some. But they contributed to the game, not the forums.

I'm still here, I'm just more active on the map than in the forums these days. I now fully understand why vets left the forums in the first place.......

Many are lurking under new names. (😳) I keep running into "new" players that are actually players I already know from earlier days.

Everybody experiences their very own "glory day". Even last year the conversations were flying around about wishing the glory days were still here! Yet, most of us had a bloody good laugh around here. Now we no longer find the same things fulfilling enough to spend our attention points on. The content stays the same, the names just change, and our own outlook changes.

Maybe if there were more hookah and hooker threads and less hand jobs, it would be different😜
