How in the world can people have multiple keys, when I've been trying forever for one?

If anyone has one, I'll trade every single one of my TF2 items for it. I have some that are unobtainable outside of trades or the market, and that's about all I have to offer.

The keys are given out by the Valve. Most of them come in pacs so it's not the same thing.

Right. Some people are lucky enough to get multiple copies.
I have one now, which I got by trading rare team fortress 2 items for.

The trading system is built right in to steam, so it's not only legal, but supported by them.
