I have been anonomously contacted to act as a spokesperson for the TWFC regarding LONDON. Please dont shoot the messenger as I am not a member of this organisation i have been told to cooperate or else. London is now run and controlled by the TWFC and only mobsters with the correct minerals are allowed turf in the big smoke. Any mobsters found breaching this new bylaw will be smashed to pieces. If you are not sure if you are ok to build you are not. If you know you are safe you are. Happy TW!

right they have been at it again. Apparently any turf with 83 influence will be left untouched as it would be a mark of respect to the TWFC if mobsters sold one graffiti from each turf!.
